About this role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Specialist to join our Digital Delivery team. This role is central to enhancing University-wide service delivery by designing, developing, and optimising ESM solutions that improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support organisational transformation.

You will bring strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across IT and non-technical teams. You will be comfortable managing a varied workload, problem-solving complex issues, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

We’re looking for someone who can:

Design, develop and customise ESM workflows, automations and integrations. Ensure seamless integrations between ESM platforms and enterprise applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Optimise platform performance, usability and service experience. Maintain development best practices including coding, security and compliance standards. Support change and release management through testing, documentation and safe deployment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability. Stay current on ESM technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

It is expected that there will be a relatively even balance between time spent on and off campus, but in most cases the work location will be determined by the service required or the tasks/activities being undertaken.
