The Role
At Ravensbourne University we are looking for a Front of House Officer / Security Operative to play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for our staff, students, and visitors. Our Front of House team is the first point of contact for everyone on campus, ensuring security and delivering outstanding customer service.
You’ll work on a rotating shift pattern (morning, day, and late shifts) across three buildings located just minutes apart. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, campus patrols, and being a visible, approachable presence for our community.

The candidate
A valid SIA Door Supervision Licence Experience following assignment instructions Background in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to build effective relationships at all levels Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Adaptable and committed to continuous improvement
