About this role
Key responsibilities will include:
• Organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to distribute within the business
• Line Side Fulfilment of material parts production activity
• Stock control of finished goods, consumables and materials
• Packing and preparing delivery of goods to customers
• Providing components from stock for all departments
• Ensure that inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled
• Liaise with other departments to ensure that all orders are tracked and updated with estimated delivery times
• Stock Counting experience
• Maintain the stores in a neat and tidy fashion
• Updating our ERP system of stock received against purchase orders
• Compliance with all company policies, in particular our quality, health and safety and environmental policies
• Any other duties as required.
Skills and experience required:
• Previous proven experience working within a mechanical / electrical production assembly environment
• Familiar with using MS Excel, MS Outlook and preferably a stock management system.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), good collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams
• Results-orientated and good attention to detail
• Good understanding and appreciation for health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for you, your colleagues and visitors at all times
• A strong team player, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.

• Forklift truck license
Desirable:
• Experience of using Microsoft Navigation Dynamics ERP system
• Experience in operating forklift vehicles.
Internal: Production Assembly / Stores, Supply Chain and Purchasing teams.
