As a Solution Analyst, you'll partner with business and IT teams to solve complex challenges, design scalable data solutions and improve data accessibility across the organization. • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand needs, investigate challenges and recommend scalable data solutions. • Analyze data to identify root causes and resolve discrepancies, improving accuracy and consistency across systems. • Design data models and warehouse solutions that improve how information is organized and accessed across Uline. • Create and maintain documentation for data processes and models. • Lead and support projects that improve data accessibility, reporting capabilities and business decision-making. Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, solution analysis, data warehousing or similar. • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling and analytical concepts. • Proficiency in SQL. Power BI and data integration knowledge a plus. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. • Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery. Benefits
