About this role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to streamline, standardize, and continuously improve our full software delivery lifecycle — from code merge through automated testing, environment provisioning, and controlled production releases.
You will act as a cross-cutting technical enabler within our Technology organization, collaborating closely with development teams, architects, and product owners to improve engineering efficiency, reliability, scalability, and time-to-market. This role directly contributes to a professional, future-proof software delivery setup across a heterogeneous technology landscape.
What you'll be doing
• Architect, implement, and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines covering build, test, packaging, environment provisioning, and production deployment
• Support multiple technology stacks within a shared delivery framework, including React, Angular, .NET Core, and C/C++
• Establish reusable pipeline templates and best practices adopted across teams and product lines
• Design and automate containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, aligned with production
• Define and enforce quality gates, promotion flows, and safe release strategies (versioning, rollback, controlled rollouts)
• Embed observability, monitoring, and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
• Drive automation, remove manual steps, and continuously improve delivery speed and reliability
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor, aligning DevOps practices with real-world development workflows
Technology Landscape
• CI/CD & tooling: GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jira, Bitbucket
• Platforms: Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps-oriented operations
• IaC & security: Terraform, Trivy, SonarQube
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic / ELK
• Datastores & messaging: RabbitMQ, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
What you need to be successful
• Experience owning CI/CD architecture and DevOps platforms
• Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, containerization, and automated delivery pipelines
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams, tools, and technology stacks
• A strong focus on automation, reliability, scalability, and security
• Experience balancing standardization with real-world constraints and varying team maturity levels
• A proactive mindset with technical leadership.
What we’ll hook you up with:
• Your well-being matters: you will get flextime and support for your personal needs
• We care about each other, joys and challenges alike. There’s always someone you can share a laugh, a problem, or a story with
• Other goodies that support a good life-work balance: private medical insurance, team activities, and more.
