IT Infrastructure & Hardware Engineer (Live Studio)
Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Hardware Engineer responsible for the reliability and stability of the technical environment of the live casino studio.
The role covers servers, networking, system services, and physical technical infrastructure supporting 24/7 studio operations. The engineer ensures continuous availability of internal platforms, connectivity, and operational hardware required for uninterrupted live gaming.
This is a hands-on position combining infrastructure administration with on-site technical support and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Network Operations
• Configure and maintain switches, VLANs, and routing
• Monitor latency, packet loss, and connectivity stability
• Troubleshoot infrastructure connectivity incidents
• Coordinate with ISPs and external providers when required
• Ensure network readiness for real-time operations
Hardware & Technical Infrastructure
• Maintain operational PCs and technical racks
• Support deployment of new equipment and expansions
• Maintain structured cabling and patch panels
• Install and route network, power, and signal cables
• Install and mount cameras and related hardware equipment
• Connect and integrate peripherals and technical devices
• Diagnose and repair hardware-related operational issues
Incident Response & Reliability
• Act as escalation point for complex technical failures
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
• Maintain operational documentation
• Ensure high availability of critical systems
Infrastructure & Systems
• Maintain on-premise servers and system services
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox or similar)
• Monitor system performance and uptime
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery readiness
• Manage storage and shared resources
• Support identity and authentication services
Nice to Have
• Experience in 24/7 operational environments
• Experience in streaming or real-time systems
• Cloud or hybrid infrastructure knowledge
• English language knowledge (B2 and higher)
