• 銀行電話客戶服務中心相關工作
• 處理客戶電話、電郵查詢及投訴
• 提供優質客戶服務，包括向客戶解答銀行產品及服務各類查詢
入職要求
• DSE／中七或以上程度
• 良好廣東話、普通話及英語溝通能力
• 具客戶服務、熟悉銀行產品或持有相關專業資格者優先考慮
• 經驗較豐富者可考慮聘任為高級客戶服務主任
工作時間
• 每週工作5天
• 服務時間：星期一至星期日
• 需輪值工作（包括夜班及通宵班），並享有優厚的輪班津貼
工作地點
• 鰂魚涌（鄰近港鐵站，步行只需5分鐘）
