What You’ll Do
• Maintain public areas: lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and windows.
• Support housekeeping: strip rooms, deliver linens, tidy housekeeping rooms, assist with heavy lifting.
• Help with minor maintenance: check lights, remotes, and report issues.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property.
• Be presentable to guests and staff
• Maintain a comfortable professional luxury guest experience-escort seniors to their rooms, while carrying their luggage, approach all guests with a warm and caring demeanor. Share your stories with the guests for amazing interaction.
• Position is not limited to “houseperson” and may include any and all aspects of each department as needed.
What You Bring
• Basic knowledge of cleaning principles and equipment.
• A very positive, above and beyond friendly attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of the English language for clear communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, split shifts or any shift your supervisor requests to serve the business needs of the hotel.
• Great communication skills and a self-starter mindset. You enjoy interacting with all the guests you meet to ensure that the guest experience is top-notch. You will think “out of the box” and be very guest centric.
