We’re recruiting experienced Hairdressers and Hairdressing Salon Managers for our TONI&GUY salons across London. You’ll drive performance, elevate client experience and lead a high‑performing team in a premium salon environment.

You’ll take full ownership of salon success - motivating your team, growing sales, and delivering exceptional service, all while representing the creativity and standards TONI&GUY is famous for worldwide.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Drive sales, retail performance and profitability
• Manage day‑to‑day salon operations, staffing and standards
• Recruit, train and develop talent at every level
• Act as a true TONI&GUY brand ambassador
About You
• Proven Salon Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a premium salon
• Qualified Stylist or Colour Technician
• Commercially driven, organised and people‑focused
• Passionate about leadership, growth and great hair
