Key Responsibilities
• Deliver personalized, effective physical therapy treatments for a variety of conditions.
• Partner with physical therapists to execute individualized care plans.
• Help foster a strong, team-based clinic culture by mentoring and supporting colleagues.
• Engage with the community to strengthen patient relationships and promote clinic visibility.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in clinic improvement efforts that enhance both care quality and clinic operations.
Qualifications
• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
• Strong clinical foundation and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Prior experience in a team setting or mentoring role is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to clinic growth and success.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
