What You’ll Do

As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and callers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting visitors and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
• Managing the visitor log and issuing/collecting visitor badges
• Answering phone calls, checking voicemail, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Performing clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and mail processing
• Receiving and managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring a smooth workflow for our team
• Handling incoming mail and package deliveries and distributing them throughout the building. *Ability to lift 50lbs
• Supporting administrative projects, data audits, and client record-keeping as needed
• Data entry into client database, business correspondence, memos, schedules, and other statistical and financial data
• Assistance with projects as assigned by supervisor

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for organization and customer service. Ideal candidates will have:
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, changing priorities, and diverse stakeholder needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Office 365 and SharePoint is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
• Consistent attendance, dependability, and timely arrival are required to ensure continuity of services and support for individuals served

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
• Familiarity with eHana software is a bonus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months' experience in an organization performing front desk and/or administrative duties
