No experience required — we’ll train you on the KBB Instant Cash Offer tool to appraise vehicles and assist customers with trade-ins, while you build the skills to grow into a top-performing salesperson.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Appraise vehicles using the KBB Instant Cash Offer tool
• Explain trade-in and cash offer options to customers
• Support the sales team and learn the sales process
• Train for advancement into a full Sales Consultant role
• Use CRM tools to contact and engage customers effectively
What We’re Looking For:
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong motivation and desire for career growth
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
• Valid driver’s license required
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
