About this role
The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Fall 2026. We travel all throughout the Northeast region to sell commemorative items onsite. Our fall season takes place throughout December. Only apply if you are also able to also work our spring season this upcoming May & June! Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).
Qualifications:
• Availability throughout December weekends(Mainly our BUSY WEEKEND *Dec 10-13*)
• Availability throughout May & June of 2027
• Valid driver's license
• Provide own means of transportation to our office
• Freshman, sophomore or junior in college
• Open to traveling for extended periods of time
• Comfortable with driving and traveling
• Reliable and responsible
• Discipline to wake up early

Responsibilities:
• Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
• Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
• Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
• Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
• Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
• Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
• Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
Financial:
• Hourly pay of $17/hour
• Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
