Ulteig is seeking an experienced Grants and Funding Program Manager to lead and continue to scale our rapidly maturing grants and funding practice. Over the past two years, Ulteig has deliberately evolved from primarily supporting individual grant applications to delivering a more comprehensive, nationally recognized grants and funding program centered on three core services: Funding Strategy & Readiness – helping clients align priorities, projects, and partnerships with the right funding programs Grant Development & Submission – delivering high-quality, competitive grant applications Post‑Award & Implementation Support – assisting clients in translating awards into successful, deliverable projects
