DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Cleans beverage areas in restaurant and casino bar stations.• Provides and replenishes bag-in-the-box beverage products.• Removes empty bottles and trash.• Receives all product from loading dock and stores into beverage bulk cooler.• Sweeps and mops bar and beverage service areas.• Promotes outstanding guests services on a continual basis.• Participates as a team member with bartenders, utilities, servers, supervisors and all other pertinent team members in ensuring an efficient operation.• Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.• Anticipates needs of guests at self-service beverage stations.• Maint
