DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works directly with the Beverage Manager in creating, developing and implementing an effective strategy for the Beverage department Formulates, administers and enforces departmental policies and performance standards. Ensures departmental compliance with applicable federal and state laws governing food and beverage.
