DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Supervises and trains Beverage Servers, Bartenders, Barbacks and beverage utility on an assigned shift.• Ensures the smooth and efficient service throughout all beverage facilities in the casino. • Calibrates automatic beverage systems.• Conducts shift meetings with beverage staff assigning stations and facilitating the flow of information throughout the department.• Handles all team member relation issues as needed.• Supervises and reports to management all team member call-ins and scheduling conflicts to ensure a property cost effective staffing level.• Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy.R
