DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintains all mechanical and cosmetic items which may include kitchen equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, minor electrical, plumbing, fabrication, construction, etc. throughout the facility.• Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the property, identifying and resolving problems.• Responds to maintenance requests, in-house calls and facilitates all repairs.• Monitors own work load and advises supervisor of work overload. • Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Facilities shop and assigned areas.• Prepares daily work forms.• Assists other departments when needed• Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations and controls.• Ad
