About this role
Delta Landing is a 172-room emergency shelter program within Contra Costa Health Services Health, Housing and Homeless Services Division, in partnership with Heluna Health. Our mission is to provide safe, interim housing with comprehensive services that support adults experiencing homelessness in securing permanent housing and ending their homelessness. We uphold the dignity of every individual and believe housing is a fundamental right, advanced through advocacy, collaboration, and a Housing First approach. (www.cchealth.org/services/homeless)
