About this role
The San Francisco Homeless Outreach Team (SFHOT) is an exciting program that has been awarded for its continued dedication in serving the unhoused population. SFHOT is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team including case management, street outreach, encampment resolution, and street crisis response team. They also have a team of licensed clinicians providing clinical oversight for the team. An Outreach Specialist Level 1 is an entry level position on the outreach services team. A Specialist Level 1 participates in daily operations on their assigned teams, as well as supports the functions of HOT as a whole. The work schedule is a 10 hour shift, 4 days a week, including a variety of shifts. Schedule is set by management.
