Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Source, recruit, and manage new and existing agronomy client relationships
• Support and manage client deliverables, expectations, and recommendations
• Investigate, evaluate, and solve for opportunities that provide further value to our customers
• Take a lead role in strategic planning and analysis with current and prospective clients
• Collaborate and identify additional value added client service engagements with other team members
• Carry out certain functions related to variable rate, mapping, soil sampling, crop assessments, and data analytics
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary.
Skills and Experience
• A post-secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture or related field.
• At least 5 years of agriculture customer management is an asset, but not required.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
• Duties will require independent work within a team atmosphere.
• Ability to work out of a home office when not performing in-field functions.
• Willingness to work in an outdoor setting, along with overtime as needed during peak season.
