MedInsight is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate General Counsel to lead our legal and compliance team and oversee MedInsight contractual affairs. This hands-on role will provide strategic legal advice, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage the contracting process, and provide legal support to new and existing business initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology, with specialized knowledge in healthcare data privacy, clinical data acquisition and interoperability, consumer and data protection, AI and emerging technology governance, and data licensing and commercialization agreements.
