Residence Life is seeking qualified female candidates for the position of Residence Hall Director for Elam Hall. This individual will provide primary leadership in this female residence hall and supervision of a female staff of Resident Assistants (RA). The Residence Hall Director will be responsible for creating and maintaining a living environment which enables residents to excel academically, physically, communally, and spiritually. Elam Hall houses freshman females.
