• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Experience teaching a variety of learning levels to target specific deficit areas.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various school constituents.
• Proficient technology skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Well-versed in educational best practices for teaching elementary school children.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
• Personalize and customize instruction to best personalize learners' needs in grades 1-5.
• Develop learning experiences to fill learning gaps.
• Promote the best interests of each child in their classroom.
• Use appropriate technology in support of the curriculum
• Lessons should reflect developmentally appropriate skills, a logical sequence of topics, and reasonable student assessments.
• Plan and execute classroom activities and routines that meet both individual students' needs.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Utilize data to inform instructional decisions.
