About this role
The assistant volleyball coach assists the Head Coach in the organization, administration, and promotion of all aspects of the Lipscomb University Volleyball Program. Duties include, but may not be limited to: recruiting, instruction, logistics and operations, mentoring and leadership, academic supervision of the athletes, program management for the specific areas assigned, preparation of recommendations to the Head Coach and other duties, as assigned. This position must adhere to the policies set forth by direct supervisors, Head Coach and Athletic Director, as well as Lipscomb University, the ASUN Conference, and the National Collegiate Athletic Association. As this is an NCAA DI coaching role, relevant teaching, coaching, tactical, recruiting and operational skills are required.
