The The Luce Hotel, a gulf-front luxury lifestyle hotel managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts and part of the Tribute Portfolio collection, is seeking an energetic and guest-focused Beach Club & Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Baby Turtle Beach Club & Restaurant. Baby Turtle is the signature beach and pool experience at The Luce Hotel, offering elevated coastal dining and luxury beachside service. The operation includes 32 beach cabanas, 200 beach loungers with umbrellas, 200 pool loungers, and 16 poolside cabanas, creating a vibrant and upscale resort atmosphere for our guests. This leadership role is responsible for supervising daily beach club, pool, and restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, service standards, and team performance.
