About this role
Position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician II with Housing to work atCathedral Gardens, a 100-unit affordable family housing community in Oakland, CA. This is a Tax Credit property. Position will float to other properties as needed. HS diploma/GED/equivalent preferred. Must have a valid DL. Candidates will have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, including electrical and plumbing. HVAC preferred. Salary range: $19.62- $31.62 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $19.62 - $25.62 per hour, DOE. An offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Please note that a cleaning deposit is required and employee will be responsible for utilities.
