Responsibilities:
• Engage and partner with HR, Operations and Training/Development to enhance and execute company culture initiatives • Develop relationships with universities to coordinate on-site interviews and attend career fairs • Develop strategic partnerships with universities and nonprofits for recruitment programs • Support the compilation of talent data to create short and long term talent strategy across the organization • Analyze retention data related to culture and engagement programs (i.e. trainings, events, etc.) • Manage projects related to diversity and inclusion initiatives • Oversee Internship program recruitment and culture engagement • Strategic recruitment life-cycle including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers for specialty divisions • Manage projects that enhance candidate experience • Plan and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent • Advise managers on recruitment and talent management strategies • Partner with hiring managers in the selection process to ensure they have the support they need to select outstanding candidates • Use diversity recruitment strategies to enhance talent pool • Follow up and strategize with managers to determine their recruiting effectiveness • Work on DEI related projects for implementation throughout the organization • Assist Director with DEI strategy and targeted recruitment • Special projects as needed (i.e. conferences, events, etc.)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or commensurate experience) with 1-3 years Recruitment experience • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Superior attention to detail, organization, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Strong customer-focus with solutions oriented ability to support all levels of management
