About this role
The Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APRN) will support the Behavioral Health outpatient services team, and participate on an inter-disciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical supervisors, community support specialists, pharmacy, and administrative staff to provide services, collaborate with external providers, and incorporate health and wellness needs into the overall plan of care of clients served.
