About this role
The Director of Psychiatry and Nursing Services oversees the provision of psychiatric and nursing services at Community Connections. The Director role is part of Senior Leadership and promotes client care standards, staff management, and operational compliance. In addition to supervising services provided by treating psychiatrists and nurse practitioners, the Director provides direct care including diagnosis and treatment of clients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
