About this role
Reporting to the Manager, Ambulatory Care Program, as a collective member of the health care team, performs a variety of clerical duties related to the program area (Cancer Care Clinic, Visiting Specialist Clinic) such as booking and coordinating appointments, diagnostic tests and procedures, processing clinician orders, preparing requisitions and reception duties. Liaises with clients, physicians, hospital departments and other personnel. Maintains a safe environment for patients, families and staff by adhering to safety policies and standards and emergency procedures.
