The SpouseWorks program delivers individualized career support to military spouses by exploring their career interests, finding education and financial assistance opportunities, developing career plans, and connecting them to employment opportunities through: SpouseWorks Coaching Services, the My SpouseWorks web presence, and the Military Spouse Employer Partners Component. Career Advisors provide support to military spouses through the Military OneSource SpouseWorks Program Contract by connecting military spouses with academic and employment opportunities.
