The Camp Health & Safety Supervisor serves as the trusted wellness leader of YMCA Camp Loma Mar, ensuring campers and staff feel safe, supported, and cared for throughout the summer. This leadership role oversees daily health services, medication administration, and health documentation while helping create a calm, responsive environment where youth can grow and thrive. As a key member of the summer leadership team, the Health & Safety Supervisor collaborates with staff to uphold strong safety practices, clear communication, and a culture of care across camp.
