About this role
SPARCS Facilitator provides structured, trauma-informed group services to youth and adolescents experiencing stress, trauma, or emotional challenges. Using the SPARCS evidence-based curriculum, this role focuses on helping youth develop coping skills, build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve problem solving strategies. Facilitator will lead group sessions, maintain a safe and supportive environment, and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to ensure consistent support for participants.
