What You'll Do:
• Welcome patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and genuine care.
• Manage the scheduling flow: book, confirm, and update patient appointments.
• Collect and process patient payments accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and maintain correct demographic and insurance information.
• Assist patients with forms and prepare medical records ahead of visits.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations by answering phones, routing calls, sorting mail, and monitoring office supplies.
• Protect patient privacy and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
What You'll Bring:
• A positive, welcoming attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle a busy environment with ease.
• Comfort with computers and common office technology.
• Prior medical office experience or knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
