As a Youth Employment Facilitator, you will support vulnerable youth and young adults facing barriers to employment by delivering employment readiness programming, individualized coaching, and group-based learning opportunities. This role focuses on helping participants develop workplace skills, explore career pathways, connect with community resources, and achieve meaningful employment outcomes. Through relationship-building, advocacy, and participant-centered support, you will play a key role in helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.
