The YMCA of Southern Interior BC is experiencing significant growth in its Child Care division. Currently operating 16 child care locations and serving more than 800 families, the YMCA continues to expand its services to meet the growing needs of the community. The School Age Child Care Manager provides leadership and operational oversight for Licensed Before and After School Care programs and Recreational Camps. This role combines people leadership, program administration, family engagement, and direct support to child care teams, ensuring programs operate safely, successfully, and in alignment with YMCA standards and licensing requirements.
