About this role
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Specialty Camp Counselor- Gymnastics Camp Counselor is responsible for the overall operations, program management, and Camp Curriculum. This includes supervising Teen participants ages 12-17, and developing a rapport with their parents, in addition, the individual in this position is responsible for ensuring that the program adheres to the YMCA of South Florida's Risk Management policies and procedures.
