About this role
A program specialist in mind, learning & discovery enrichment programs is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing enrichment programs that enhance the educational, creative, and recreational experiences of participants. These programs are designed to offer additional learning opportunities outside of the traditional curriculum, providing children, teens, with experiences that foster personal growth, creativity, leadership, and skills development. The Chess Instructor is responsible for organizing, supervising and instructing chess programs that enable participants to learn chess specific skills that apply the philosophy and goals of YMCA character development. Shift: Minimum of 4 hours per week including evenings and weekends
