About this role
This safety-sensitive position plans, coordinates, and site supervises new construction and the remodeling of existing buildings. Communicates with owners, owner’s agents and general contractor. Responsible for representing the firm with clients, contractors and Yarco personnel to oversee and direct a wide range of new construction and rehabilitation projects. It is the Managing Superintendent’s responsibility to organize, supervise and coordinate various aspects of the project in order to complete all the work on schedule, within the stated budget and quality of the specified workmanship. This is a safety sensitive position.
