About this role
Manages the day-to-day operation of the office under the directions of the Chairman. Under the direction and guidance of the Chairman of Department of Medicine will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of the Medical Center's policies and procedures. Oversees and coordinates a variety of departmental academic and student programs, which include record keeping responsibilities under the direction of a department chair.Coordinate activities of residency program and professional staff, interface with the affiliate institutions, assist the Chairman in all areas and respond to the daily needs of the staff.
