About this role
The role of the Service Manager is to be responsible for the day to day operation of the branch’s Service Department in compliance with established policies and procedures. This position plans, directs and controls the activities of the Service Department to ensure that overall growth and profit objectives are met; formulates the major objectives, specific plans, procedures and programs for the Service Department; evaluates the department’s results and performance against objectives. The Service Manager will maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in servicing the customer and identifying their needs.
