About this role
The Philanthropy Officer for Leadership Giving is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of individual donors and prospects with the capacity to make philanthropic investments ranging from $1,000 to $25,000 in support of the organization’s mission and strategic priorities. This role focuses on building authentic donor relationships, executing personalized cultivation and stewardship strategies, and securing annual and multi-year commitments through meaningful engagement.
