CraftCo.'s Tasting Room, you will be an essential part of the kitchen team, responsible for preparing and executing high-quality small plates and handhelds that complement our craft cocktail experience. This role focuses on day-to-day kitchen operations, including station prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Working under the guidance of the Lead Line Cook and Tasting Room Manager, you'll help ensure smooth service and consistent food quality.
