About this role
The Client Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for the Equify Financial clients during the early phase of the account servicing lifecycle. This role managers inbound and outbound client communication across phone, email, and Regional Sales Manager referrals, coordinates with internal teams to resolve client requests, and supports accounts in the 0-30 day past-due window. Day-to-day work spans billing inquires, status confirmations, payoff quotes, documentation support, and outreach on missed or partial payments. The Specialist documents every interaction accurately, monitors open items through resolution, and escalates risk indicators to the Late-Stage Collections Specialist.
