Fast growing 24/7 Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation and Restoration Company located in Baltimore is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Summary of Essential Duties:
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible various administrative functions including but not limited to, answering customer calls, initial job intake, gathering all the required information and reviewing for accuracy, entering jobs into our system (PSA). scheduling crews, assist in obtaining approvals for estimates, following up with customers and crews, reviewing reports and updating notes and dates in multiple databases, updating clients on job progress and resolving general customer concerns. Help with on call after hours calls as needed.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully one must be able to perform each essential duty to satisfaction. The requirements listed below will represent the knowledge and skill to perform such duties.;
o The ability to handle stressful situations
o Mitigation industry experience strongly preferred
o Possess a high school diploma or higher education o Strong Customer Service skills o Construction/Repairs experience is a plus o Excellent communication skills o Ability to think and reason strategically o Must be self motivated o Detail oriented and able to multitask o Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office o Bilingual is a plus o Must be able to pass background check and random drug tests
