About the role Reporting to the Superintendent team, the Assistant Site Superintendent will support residential construction, maintenance, renovations, service work, and site coordination across Alberta. This role is ideal for a hands-on construction professional who can support the Site Supervisor, complete maintenance and finish work, coordinate with trades and contractors, and help keep jobsites safe, clean, organized, and moving efficiently. This position will be primarily based in the Edmonton area, with travel required between Edmonton, Red Deer, and Calgary depending on project needs. The successful candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and scopes of work can change.
