West Fraser's Allendale OSB mill is looking for an Area Manager. Reporting to the Production Manager, the DHE Area Manager is a leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day production of a specific area of the mill with the goal of production running at 100% efficiency. This position supports production process improvements and the production teams with a strong emphasis on safety, quality and efficiency. The Manager relies on leadership abilities, in conjunction with knowledge of OSB production processes and a continuous improvement/preventative maintenance mindset in order to support and promote excellence as established in the company vision, mission and values.
