About this role
The Senior Manager, Tax is responsible for establishing, leading, and owning Swire Water’s internal tax function. This role has end-to-end accountability for U.S. federal, state, and select international tax matters, including income tax accounting under ASC 740, compliance, audit defense, and tax risk management. The role serves as the Company’s primary tax subject-matter expert and strategic advisor, partnering closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and executive leadership. It acts as the central point of coordination with the Swire London Tax Director and external tax advisors, while also collaborating with other U.S.-based Swire-owned businesses, including Swire Coca-Cola.
