About this role
In this role, you will represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and approachable atmosphere. You will provide prompt, confidential, and accurate service in Teller transactions. You will be responsible for opening a variety of accounts, including share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate), commercial, organizational, benefit, individual retirement, health savings, trust, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts. Additionally, you will provide members with information on savings, loans, and other products. You will respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, offering assistance or directing them to the appropriate person for resolution. You will also process consumer loan products.
